The Spectra LL1505C laser level has an out-of-level alert function that shuts off the unit if it is knocked out of place to prevent inaccurate readings. It also has a 5/8 x 11 thread that allows contractors to mount the laser horizontally or vertically to a tripod. Works up to 4,000 feet, the optional Spectra RC1402N remote control makes slope matching on the LL1505C laser a single person operation. This remote controller also features an illuminated LCD screen that shows leveling indicators.

The IP66 protection rating allows construction professionals to use the rotary laser in dusty environments or heavy rain.
