Its push-button mute switch protects the operator’s hearing by muting sound during sensor repositioning and activating it only when needed. The system includes a 3-point ground plate for pinpointing leaks on pavement or concrete, plus a magnetic base and contact rod for surveys at hydrants, valves, and meters.
Advanced filtering blocks out environmental noise such as wind, traffic, and nearby machinery. With 5 high-frequency filters, 3 low-frequency filters, and 2 notch filters, the LD-7 ensures cleaner audio in challenging environments.
