Benchmark offers individual and group training to help you and your team better understand the equipment and software you use. Training is based on your system, application, and the support you need.

Most training can be completed remotely. Remote training requires a reliable internet connection and an active Benchmark iSite plan with remote support. Total Station training and Unicontrol Cloud training are not available remotely.

When a training request involves a technical issue, our tiered support process helps direct it to the right team. Tier 1 begins with phone support. Cases requiring more in-depth review are escalated to Tier 2 or Tier 3 and reviewed by a subject matter expert.
