The Bosch 12V Max Wall/Floor Scanner with Radar is designed to help detect common objects behind walls, floors, and other surfaces before cutting, drilling, or coring. Using radar technology, the scanner identifies live and non-live cables, metal, plastic pipes, rebar, wooden studs, and other materials, while also providing depth indication for detected objects.
Four object views help users interpret results in different scanning conditions, and spot view supports scanning in tight areas such as corners. The scanner can detect ferrous and non-ferrous metals up to 7.9" deep and copper wiring up to 3-1/8" deep.
