The large 3.5-inch color screen shows the launch pulse, reflected pulse, cursor position, selected range, gain, cable impedance, Velocity of Propagation, and calculated distance to the fault.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Lexxi T1660 combines straightforward six-button controls with 11 selectable test ranges from 23 feet to approximately 19,000 feet. Operators can adjust the Velocity of Propagation from 1% to 99% and select 25, 50, 75, or 100 ohm output impedance to match different cable types. The unit delivers fault location accuracy and resolution of approximately 1% of the selected range, runs for about 12 hours on six AA alkaline batteries, and can also use rechargeable NiMH cells.
