Its rugged, aircraft-grade aluminum construction houses all components in a single waterproof monotube, IP68 certified for submersion up to 250 feet. Whether you’re locating property markers, ferrous objects, or submerged utilities, the ML-3L delivers unmatched durability and precision.

This magnetic locator features one-handed operation and a simple four-button interface for quick control of power, sensitivity, and zeroing. Its auto-zero function adjusts to ambient magnetic conditions, while the variable pitch audio and bar graph LCD give clear detection feedback. Lightweight yet built for tough field conditions, the ML-3L is trusted by professionals across industries—from surveying to underwater UXO detection.

The ML-3L runs on three 9V alkaline batteries and includes a soft carrying case.

Our Return Policy

We will issue a refund in the original form of payment for merchandise that is unused & in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Any defective merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Exclusions:

Special Order items include Software, GPS, Total Stations, Utility Locators, or Leica Geosystems products.
We do not accept returns for replacement parts for any reason other than an error on our part.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the order upon delivery, in which case the standard return policy for the item will apply, and we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund credit.

All merchandise returned after 14 days of purchase will have a 20% restocking fee & refund will only be available as store credit.
