The Johnson Level Magnetic Sheave Alignment Laser is a reliable device used by contractors to
accurately align pulleys, sheaves, drivetrain, and conveyor surfaces using a tightly controlled beam of light. It
effectively detects misalignment, especially offsets, angles, and twists, and helps in reducing power losses,
bearing wear, and noise on gears. This laser can also be used to check the height and flatness of motor and gear box
mounting plates, making it a versatile tool for the professional.
Durable & High-Quality Construction: This Johnson Level Laser emits a bright beam for accurate
alignments, comes in a compact size that can easily fit on small diameter sheaves, and is designed to have an easy
setup for a more efficient use. It is constructed with rare earth magnets that allows a secure attachment to ferrous
metals, has an accuracy of ±1/16 inches at 10 feet, and a working range of up to 50 feet.
This laser has an IP54 Protection Class, providing dust and water resistance for the laser device, and has an
included Pulley Offset Chart that provides an accurate misalignment angle for the user. Together with the Alignment
Laser device, the package also includes three (3) precision-machined magnetic targets, two (2) "AA" Alkaline
